To change your address after placing an order, please reach out to us at support@tradamarket.com immediately.
In most situations, we will be able to change the address for orders that have not been accepted by the brand (usually within 24 hours).
For orders that have already been accepted by the brand, we will work with the brand to check the order status. We can assist in changing the address if the shipping process hasn’t begun. However, we are not able to change your address once the order has shipped, and you may need to contact the shipping carrier company directly.
