Follow the steps enlisted below to update stock quantity through a CSV import:
- Log in to your seller account.
- Click on the Products tab.
- Click on the IMPORT button on the right.
- Click on the EXPORT YOUR PRODUCTS button.
- Click on the DOWNLOAD YOUR PRODUCTS button.
- Open the downloaded CSV and enter your latest inventory in column U (Stock Quantity).Please DO NOT change/alter any column names.
- Save the CSV and then click onCHOOSE OR DRAG YOUR CSV FILE button. Once you have uploaded the updated CSV press on the CONTINUE button.
- Now, let’s make sure everything matches. Match the column headers in your CSV to our product fields so your info shows up correctly in your store. You can skip this step and press the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page if you haven’t altered/changed any of the column names.
- On the next page, you can confirm everything looks good, if it does, click on the CONFIRM button provided at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- If something needs to be fixed then click on the ‘I NEED TO FIX SOMETHING’ button and you will be redirected to Import Products by CSV page (step 5). Here you can download the CSV again, edit the details and upload again.
- That’s it. You have successfully updated the inventory for your products. The following message will appear on your screen once the upload is successful.
