Why do I see a pending charge from Trada?
When you place an order on Trada, we place a temporary hold on your debit or credit card for the full order amount. This allows us to verify your payment method. This hold will be removed once the brand accepts your order and payment is processed or after 7 days, whichever occurs first.
How long will you hold the funds?
The hold will be removed once the order is accepted and payment for the order is processed. We'll drop the hold if the brand doesn't accept the order within 7 days; however, you may still be charged for the goods if the brand accepts your order and payment is processed after 7 days.
What happens if the temporary hold fails?
If the temporary hold fails, your order will be moved back to your cart. You'll need to update your payment method and reorder.
What happens to my funds if I cancel my order before the Brand accepts my order?
You can cancel your order before a brand accepts it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and the temp hold is removed immediately.
